the noise from the nightshow woudl have been tolerable if my room had been soundproofed, but alas. also, the so-called orange juice can only be described as a joke. i was definetly expecting some special treatment for all these inconveniences, a room upgrade perhaps? i almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

The friendly and knowledgeable staff enhanced our experience.
The overall poor cleanliness of the hotel was truly disappointing. Our family room felt worn out, and the nightly entertainment created a lot of noise that disrupted our sleep—especially since the windows faced the busy street with constant traffic. Food hygiene was concerning, as we were served raw chicken at dinner, which is simply unacceptable for any hotel.

Fun-filled family getaway!
The kids loved the playground and we found the family room spacious and comfy—perfect for our 6-night stay. I really enjoyed grabbing packed lunches for our day trips! The only hiccup was the evening shows, which didn’t wow us. it was a nice balance of relaxation and fun.

we had a great time at the sunlight! the playground was a hit with the kids, and the staff were always cheerful and helpful. the location was perfect, close to wonderful spots like halil and his wife cristina's animations. overall, we enjoyed our stay.
the food variety could use some improvement.

The location of the hotel is great, close to attractions yet on a busy road, which made sleeping with the windows open tricky. The staff members at the hotel were genuinely kind and hardworking. Every day, the room received cleaning and towel changes, maintaining a decent level of cleanliness. The two pools were well-maintained, with ample space for adults and kids. Food options were decent, with local drinks and cake available in the afternoon, though some meals felt repetitive and could be improved. We stayed in a two-bedroom family room that was spacious but definitely needs a refresh in terms of decor. On the downside, nights could be noisy due to the entertainment, and some facilities felt outdated. Despite the food quality issues and limited variety, I found the stay enjoyable due to the friendly environment and decent activities. It could be a good option for families looking for an affordable vacation, but management could really benefit from enhancing their food offerings and upgrading the rooms.

The multiple pool options are a nice touch for both relaxation and fun, with plenty of space to spread out and soak up the sun. Families can enjoy the organized recreational activities, which keep the younger guests busy while allowing adults some much-needed downtime.
The overall cleanliness left much to be desired, as rooms felt worn out and noise from nightly entertainment disrupted sleep—especially with the windows facing the street where traffic could be heard. Food hygiene was a concern, with reports of raw chicken served at dinner and a significant lack of quality in drink options, notably the orange juice. The kids' club wasn't open during its advertised hours, and stray cats roaming around weren't ideal for families with small children, especially after our three-year-old got scratched. The hot water was temperamental, complicating mornings, and many guests found that the evening entertainment could use more variety to keep things engaging.
